Customers who contract with Sage Coastal can opt in to receive automated SMS notifications when our AI receptionist captures a new lead on their phone line, as well as occasional account or service-related messages.

Message frequency varies and depends on the call volume of your business. Most customers receive between 3 and 15 messages per week, though periods of unusually high or low call volume may push outside that range. We do not send scheduled or recurring messages independent of call activity.
Sage Coastal does not charge you for receiving these SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan's messaging rates.
You may stop receiving messages from this program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further automated messages from this program. If you opt out and later want to resume notifications, you can reply START to any prior message or contact us at hello@sagecoastal.com.
